Job Description

Partnering with one of the leading organizations in Australia within the transport logistics space. They are known for their rapid growth and acquisitions. Due to new ERP system implementation, we are looking for an ERP Training Lead to join the team. The role revolves around creating, executing, and managing end-to-end training programs for ERP system users, focusing on effectively training users within the operations area – supply chain, warehousing, logistics. Key Responsibilities: Develop fit for purpose training materials such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules tailored to various user roles. Collate and capture content and processes. Work with functional leads. Create and implement a structured training schedule aligned with ERP/System implementation timelines. Partner with the ERP vendor to manage the testing program and ensure training content aligns with User Acceptance Testing scenarios and processes. Provide ongoing post-implementation support by resolving issues, optimizing processes, and coordinating with IT to implement knowledge management tools. Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base covering ERP functionalities, processes, best practices, and troubleshooting; ensure documentation is current, easily accessible, and user-friendly. Foster functional communities for internal networking and knowledge sharing. Contribute to change management efforts, assist staff with adapting to new ERP processes and systems, and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders. Conduct quality assurance testing to validate that the ERP system meets established standards and business requirements. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge working within ERP implementations . You will have developed from scratch training and learning material that is meaningful. You will have sound knowledge of ERP systems and processes within operations, supply chain, and logistics.
