Job Description
Korean-Speaking Medical Information Specialist (Life Sciences Graduate) ProPharma is seeking a Native Korean-speaking Medical Information Specialist with a life sciences background to join our Medical Information Contact Center. This role is ideal for recent graduates in pharmacology or related fields who are interested in medical information, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical industry support. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and digital platforms. Provide accurate, compliant medical and safety information based on approved resources. Translate and deliver medical information responses between English and Korean, both verbally and in writing. Compliance & Quality Assurance Accurately document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, product complaints, and special situations in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure all responses meet ProPharma’s quality standards and client-specific policies. Conduct quality checks on translations and inquiry handling. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Inquiry Handling System. Participate in after-hours coverage on a rotational basis. Adhere to company policies on data privacy, confidentiality, and health & safety. Requirements Degree in Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Full work rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship is NOT available). Interest in medical information, regulatory compliance, and the pharmaceutical industry. Native Korean speaker with fluent English proficiency. Strong translation skills (English Korean). Excellent verbal and written communication, professional etiquette, and attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and regulatory standards (or willingness to learn). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
