Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support for network and satellite connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and satellite communication systems. Monitor network performance and escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers or vendors as required. Assist in deploying and maintaining network infrastructure, including LEO and GEO satellite systems, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks. Configure and manage networking hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Mikrotik. Support network security by implementing best practices and working with firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance internal knowledge sharing. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to optimize system performance and reliability. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in network engineering, IT support, or telecommunications. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Experience with satellite communication networks, WAN, Antennas, and cloud-based networking is highly desirable. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent (preferred but not required). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
