The role of the L3 Network Engineer / Technical Consultant is an external client-facing position and will require high-level engineering expertise and experience across Wireless and Wired Networks and Infrastructure. This position deals directly with the end client base primarily with specific IT projects and rollouts. You will serve as a technical leader and the interface between the clients, vendors, and sales team, providing expert knowledge with a wide range of infrastructure-based support and projects. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks Leading technical infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals Resolving escalated support tickets from L1 and L2 resources Qualifications: A specific technical Subject Matter Expert and accreditation in networking – switching, wireless and network access controls – minimum Cisco/CCNA or Aruba/ACSA – preferably a CCNP or ACSP Certification in either Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Wi-Fi networks Skills: Proficiency with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams on larger projects For further information please apply and we shall be in touch.
