Position No: 2025-1527-LB1-M1-1-17Applications Close: 03/03/2025 11:30PM Position Descriptor: Mimili Anangu School is part of a remote Aboriginal Community on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands and is approximately 70 km west of the Stuart Highway and approximately 450km south of Alice Springs by road. It is a great place to live and work. The Personalised Learning Co-ordinator is a dynamic role which entails providing support and leadership to children and classrooms across all year levels and being part of the site leadership team in attending to the site learning plan. There is a strong school focus on developing literacy and numeracy skills of EALD students through a focus on oral language and reading across the curriculum. An understanding or willingness to develop skills in Trauma Informed Practices is also important. All teachers work closely with Anangu Educators to deliver all aspects of the curriculum and it is important that the staff develops strong relationships with families and community members.
