Key Responsibilities: As a Leasing Manager , you will be a vital part of the team, responsible for ensuring smooth leasing operations. Your key tasks will include: Leasing Coordination: Conduct property inspections and open homes, presenting properties in the best light to prospective tenants. Provide valuable feedback to landlords post-open homes and assist with tenant applications. Facilitate lease agreements, ensuring all funds (rent and bonds) are collected prior to tenant move-in. Oversee all processes up to the tenant move-in stage, ensuring a seamless transition for both tenants and landlords. Administration: Prepare routine reports, including ingoing and routine property inspections. Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and pipeline management. Answer phones during front office hours and provide support to the Business Development Manager (BDM) as needed. Strong organizational skills – You’ll need to manage multiple properties and tasks with attention to detail.
