Bring your solid retail management experience to a new fast-paced role as Store Manager for our LEGO & Tech2Go stores at Brisbane Airport! Help our customers select from travel-related technology accessories, including headphones, phone accessories, and tech accessories in our Tech2Go Store or make someone’s day with our incredible range of exclusive LEGO products. We’re looking for someone who will lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brands are well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled. You’ll have: At least 2 years’ retail operational experience Interest in LEGO or tech A passion for a high standard of customer service Demonstrated ability to motivate a team Computer literacy with Microsoft and Time & Attendance software proficiency Experience building a high-performance culture Experience providing effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer-centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering a highly satisfying world-class customer experience. As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
