SYSTRA is involved from the earliest stages of design through to the testing, deployment and maintenance phases. The Opportunity: As the Joint Coalition Interoperability Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Army efforts in Joint and Coalition Integration and Interoperability. Key duties include supporting technical lead planning for coalition activities, developing products to enable coalition activities, and delivering intensive training to ADF personnel. You will also participate in project Test and Evaluation events, provide advice on in-service CIS architecture, and support innovation proposals such as mission system build automation. The role requires managing and configuring systems supporting LNIC infrastructure and providing technical advice to develop capabilities via the Land Integration Framework - Digital (LIF-D). The role is based at the LNIC facility in Symonston, ACT, with some interstate and international travel required. Start Date: 3rd March 2025 for a three-year contract with potential extensions. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organisation to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve project objectives. Maintain all project controls for multidisciplinary projects using relevant tools. Demonstrate thoroughness and judgement in analysing information, presenting conclusions and reviewing the accuracy of others' analyses. Contribute technical ideas and identify information required to deliver. About You: This is our desired list of qualifications and experience. Security and Project Management qualifications are desirable. Proven abilities to build sound working relationships across diverse groups internally and externally.
