With a strong commitment to resident well-being, we foster a supportive, team-oriented workplace where employees are valued and appreciated.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans. Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate and support residents and their families. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Qualifications: Current LPN or RN license in the state of Vermont. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team-oriented mindset with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
