The Logistics Technician is responsible for assisting in the manufacture, assembly and shipment of kit components required to fill orders of TGR products and for general manufacturing laboratory maintenance. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and is part of the Logistics department located in Adelaide and will be on-site. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Prepare materials for the assembly of kits or WIPs and process sales orders to a standard that meets existing customer expectations. Activities involve aliquoting, kit assembly, shipping, and general laboratory duties. Perform manual and/or clerical duties that utilize Microsoft Excel, involved in preparation of orders for shipment. Perform a range of laboratory duties, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum Certificate 3 Laboratory Technician TAFE Degree, with a sound understanding in the use of laboratory aliquoting equipment. Excellent computer skills with a sound understanding of Excel. Demonstrate high-level attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures to ensure components and products are assembled in accordance with quality processes. Additional Requirements: Able to lift, move or carry laboratory stock and equipment, using the material handling equipment supplied by the company. Must be able to work in accordance with company workplace health and safety procedures. Join our winning team today.
