Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr Senior Consultant - Energy at Aurex Group We're on the hunt for a Land Acquisition Specialist to support the acquisition of land for new solar PV and BESS projects in Australia. In this role, you'll be key in acquiring land for our clients' innovative projects and play a crucial part in building and nurturing relationships with landowners. Our client is a well-known international group specializing in utility-scale solar energy and Battery storage projects, from manufacturing, designing, developing, constructing and managing their assets. What You'll Do: Work closely with the development team to scout out promising project sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners to drive land acquisition. Manage land agreements and carry out due diligence for potential projects. Secure long-term land tenure through effective relationship-building. Help with site selection, focusing on property rights and licenses. What We're Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in property, land, legal, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, especially in renewables (a big plus!) but we can also consider backgrounds in Real Estate or Telecommunications.
