Qualifications & Experience 5+ years’ experience in the Horticulture industry Qualification in Horticulture or equivalent essential. Experience operating and maintaining a large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment. The ability to lead and encourage team members to work effectively together. Good time management and communication skills Current Chemcert is desirable or willing to obtain. The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies, ensuring a safe and productive workplace A desire to provide a high-quality commercial maintenance service Tasks & Responsibilities Manage a team on a full-time site or run located in Sydney Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site Management of team to ensure efficiency and quality is maintained. Regularly liaising with our Management Team and working with them to provide a high-quality service for the client. Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner. Role is site-based, working with the team to ensure targets are met. Management of a variety of landscapes onsite, ranging from formal gardens through to parks and open spaces. Identification and treatment of plant deficiencies and/or pest and disease. Irrigation management and programming. Completion of associated documentation on a regular basis.
