Qualifications & Experience 2+ years’ experience in the Horticulture/Gardening industry Willingness to work towards a Qualification in Horticulture Experience operating and maintaining a large range of commercial landscape maintenance equipment The ability to encourage team members to work effectively together Good time management and communication skills Current Chemcert is desirable, or willing to obtain The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace A desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance service Police check will be carried out prior to employment Tasks & Responsibilities Work within the team on a run in Sutherland Shire Tasks mainly involve mowing (both ride on and push mowing), whipper snipping, etc. Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site Take pride in producing high quality work Regularly liaising with the Team Leader Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner Role is run based, working with the team to ensure targets are met Involves working on a variety of landscapes onsite, mainly parks and open spaces Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiable Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
