Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for Site Managers to lead our on-site teams in delivering exceptional landscape projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing teams, and maintaining safety and efficiency on site. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to all WHS regulations. Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. Problem-solve and adapt to site challenges as they arise. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Mentor apprentices and develop the skills of site staff. What We’re Looking For Experience in landscape construction, civil construction, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong understanding of site safety and WHS regulations. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant qualifications in landscaping, construction, or a related trade (preferred). White Card and current driver's license.
