Sydney aesthetic lounge is seeking an experienced Laser Therapist to join our team in Smithfield, NSW. As a Laser Therapist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective laser treatments to our clients. This is a casual role with 3-5 days work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding job with a work-life balance. What you'll be doing Perform a range of laser treatments, including hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation reduction, as well as advanced skin treatments such as skin needling, chemical peel, hydro facials, and microdermabrasion. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and desired outcomes. Develop and implement customised treatment plans to achieve the best results for each client. Ensure all treatments are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to industry standards and protocols. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Laser Therapist. Proficient in the use of various Candela laser ALEX & YAG devices for a range of aesthetic treatments. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering safe and effective treatments. Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry.
