Job Description
This role is for a Law Enforcement Officer to provide parking and local law enforcement services to the community and ensuring the safety of the environment by conducting litter control and fire prevention activities. Your day to day will involve: Enforce applicable Acts, Regulations, and the Council’s Local Law. Educate the community on compliance and regulatory matters. Perform administrative tasks associated with the role. Address inquiries/complaints using Council’s Customer response system and other software platforms. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct routine and proactive patrols to ensure adherence to relevant legislation. Uphold confidentiality agreements with Vic Roads as required by the Road Safety Act 1986. Perform animal management duties as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
