We are seeking a skilled and motivated personal injury lawyer with expertise in Abuse Law to join a reputable law firm in Sydney. In this role, you will: Work closely with a senior partner on a variety of abuse matters, including common law claims and historical child abuse cases. Advocate for plaintiffs in cases against government and religious institutions. Handle complex legal issues related to physical, sexual, and institutional abuse. Be part of a high-performing team specialising in sensitive and challenging abuse cases. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice. Proven experience and passion for personal injury law, specifically in the context of abuse law. The ability to handle significant and sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy.
