About the role: Working with the Principal and other experienced Senior Litigators on a broad variety of commercial litigation matters , such as dispute resolution, contract disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct disputes, product liability and fraud . Exposure to high value, complex, and sometimes high profile, matters that will shape your next few years. The role is replacing a Senior Associate who has gone to the bar. The ideal candidate: Mid-senior Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE , and prior experience working on litigated matters. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records. Can autonomously manage your own matters with minimal supervision.
