If you have a background in construction law, including front-end construction, contract drafting, and security of payment issues, and are eager to transition into an Associate role quickly, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Be Doing Managing a diverse range of disputes, with a particular focus on insurance law, construction matters, property disputes, and general commercial litigation. Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case files for court proceedings. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategies. Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients. Providing expert legal advice and guidance on complex legal issues. Requirements The ideal candidate: Have 3-5 PQE, strong litigation skills, and experience in front-end construction and contract drafting. Enjoy working on a variety of litigation matters, including property disputes. Demonstrate solid client and practice management abilities. Enjoy working as part of a team.
