$85k to $120k + super - commensurate with experience Berrill & Watson specialise in assisting individuals in accessing their superannuation and insurance entitlements. We assist clients from across Australia and have offices in Victoria and Queensland. We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join our highly regarded team based in Moonee Ponds. Ideally, you will have between 1-5 years' PAE with some exposure to TPD, IP, and other disability and life insurance matters. Applicants with no experience in this area will also be considered if you have more years PAE. The role: Provide confident legal advice to clients. Supervise and offer technical guidance to a team of skilled paralegals and support staff. Responsible for the day-to-day management of complex claims, litigation, and EDR files. Attend and conduct conciliation conferences, mediations, directions hearings, and other court hearings including trials. Who we are: We are a supportive and friendly team.
