Job Description

Lawyer with Immigration, Property and Commercial Experience With over 50 years of experience, Harbourside Legal Services (HLS) is a dedicated law firm in Sydney, providing expert legal services to individuals and businesses. HLS focuses on dedicated preparation and proficient communication skills to ensure clients receive clear, transparent, and effective legal advice. Our services range from Immigration, conveyancing and estate planning to business advice and contracts disputes. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and experience in Immigration, Property, and Commercial Experience at Harbourside Legal Services. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling immigration cases, property transactions, and commercial matters together with a team of Senior and Junior Lawyers and a support team. The role is located in North Sydney, NSW, with some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Immigration Law and Commercial Law experience Property Law expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations Experience in client representation and case management Additional languages spoken is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
