REMUNERATION PACKAGE : MWM is committed to providing a remuneration package to its employees that will: Attract, reward, and retain qualified team members who will actively participate in achieving MWM’s strategic objectives. The remuneration package is comprised of two key components: Fixed Remuneration – salary and superannuation. Wellbeing Remuneration – This includes allowances for Private Health Insurance, up to three additional Company Days provided as paid leave, and access to an Employee Wellbeing Service operated by Professional Psychologists. SPECIFIC DUTIES : The Culture and Talent Group Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience at Green Road. Supported by the management and operations team, this role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring our workforce is motivated, engaged, and aligned with our company values and objectives: 1. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-calibre talent. Develop and manage onboarding programs that enhance new employee integration and engagement. Develop and deliver retention strategies as part of the overall people strategy to reduce turnover and promote long term career growth. 2. Talent and Capability: Create a robust succession planning process that identifies and develops future leaders and ensures a talent pipeline for business critical roles. Lead and enhance the performance review process to drive high performance and continuous improvement. Design and deliver training programs that support the professional and technical development of employees at all levels. Create and maintain accurate training profiles, records, certificates, and licences. 3. Culture and Engagement: Implement annual employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms to improve employee engagement, psychological safety, and wellbeing. Design and deliver recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee milestones and achievements. Coordinate team building activities and events to strengthen collaboration and belonging. 4. Coaching: Provide expert coaching and people advisory to managers across the business. 5. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labour laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality. Actively maintain knowledge of current employment trends and industrial law. Ensure the Privacy Act is adhered to when dealing with employee information. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : The successful candidate will preferably have: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Experience coaching leaders. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop tailored solutions. Broad knowledge across the HR lifecycle.
