Job Description

Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services Randstad Digital are working with a leading Financial Services organisation in Brisbane who have some very large, complex, transformation programmes in flight.We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with experience of managing a team of BAs and able to mentor Junior BAs.Key responsibilities for the role: Discovery and analysis work on new initiatives Lead business analysis activities across the programme Partner with the business to ensure Business Analysis standards and best practices are in place. Work on Systems based requirements You will need to come from a background working in Financial Services and have been managing BAs on multiple programmes. You must be as comfortable in front of Technology teams and Business stakeholders alike.This role will initially be for 12 months with likely extensions.
