Job Description: Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial delivery and transactions, with a proven track record of bringing in new business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and deliver outstanding results for clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage commercial delivery and transaction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure new business opportunities. Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on commercial transactions. Oversee project teams and ensure high-quality delivery of services. Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial transactions. Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. Over 10 years of experience in commercial delivery and transactions. Proven ability to bring in new business and expand client base. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required.
