Initial contract of 12 months with 2 x 12 months. Based in ACT. Requires NV1 security clearance. Lead Cyber Security Specialist The Cyber Outreach and Strategy Section within the Cyber Security, Cloud and Networks Branch of DFAT’s Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for a labour-hire resource to fill the role of Cyber Training & Outreach Officer. Key Duties And Responsibilities The requirements of the role will include, but not be limited to: Creating and delivering cyber security awareness training & briefings. Assisting the team with a range of Cyber Outreach activities. The Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) has been used to inform the requirements. In summary, DFAT seeks a candidate/s with the skillset: Learning delivery (ETDL) - Level 4. About The Team The Cyber Outreach and Strategy section (CYO) has recently undergone a restructure to align core functions. CYO is seeking up to 2 candidates to join a high-performing team of Cyber Policy, Training, Cyber Awareness, and Strategy specialists to contribute to the maturity improvements of DFAT’s Cyber Security branch. The successful candidates will be working closely with stakeholders to create and deliver cyber training activities. Work Arrangements Hybrid - 5 days in office for the first 2 months, then up to 3 days in office + 2 days from home or as otherwise agreed at DFAT's discretion.
