About the role: We are looking for a Lead Data & AI Consultant, this role involves developing and optimizing Generative AI models while building scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS services. What will your day look like: Develop and optimize Generative AI (GenAI) models, integrating them into business applications. Build and maintain data pipelines for processing, storing, and analyzing large datasets. Work with Python to develop and deploy machine learning models and data processing scripts. Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Redshift) for cloud-based data solutions. Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance. Ensure data quality, governance, and security in compliance with industry standards. Research and experiment with LLMs (Large Language Models), embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Requirements: Production experience in Gen AI beyond a prototype (LLMs, transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning). Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain). Solid background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, Glue, Bedrock). Knowledge of data engineering (ETL pipelines, SQL, Spark, or Apache Airflow). Experience working with unstructured data (text, images, audio) for AI applications. Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team. Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring in production.
