As a key driver to the development and delivery of the Global Sales and Marketing & Customer Service team, we are looking for a candidate to join our team for the role of Junior Associate Analyst. In this role, the candidate will be working on sales operations activities such as assigning, maintaining, and/or viewing entries on the Global CCC Determination Table and supporting our clients by updating in SAP. The candidate will be working closely with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, internal auditors globally, and account managers. Job Responsibilities: Work with Sales Engineers, Global Account Managers, Industry Specialists, and Product/Engineering change teams. Daily updating of End customer details of CCC determination table in SAP. 12 hours for 5 days support to update the determination table once a quarter. Provide support to Sales Operations functions on a daily and weekly basis. Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports as detailed by his or her supervisor & stakeholders. Interact with the Sales team, Local Coordinators, Global Coordinators, contractors, and engineers. Analyze data to identify trends, drive insights, and participate in projects to deliver process improvements. Conduct quantitative analysis, reporting, and development of data-based recommendations to influence decision-making on a daily basis. Ability to multitask to meet project deadlines and manage complex activities. Strong ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment. Ability to balance workload by maintaining SLA and quickly learn new project requirements. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in technologies. Adapt to these changes through self-training and research work. Skills: Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through multiple means such as email, telephone, and in-person discussions. Ability to build strong work relationships. Ability to perform under pressure. Qualifications / Skills: Any degree; Freshers are preferred. 0–3 years of recent experience in Analytics with a bachelor’s degree. Understanding of the manufacturing process, engineering drawings, and supply chain flow. Analytical, organizational, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills at both working and executive levels. Knowledge of Python, Power BI, R programming, SQL, VBA, supply chain management, data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and reporting will be an added advantage. Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing, product line, and pricing mechanics preferred. Knowledge of SAP programs used to support the process. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to understand and work with formulas and formats submitted by customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
