With a focus on innovation and collaboration, our client specializes in driving successful project outcomes across various commodities.The role This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior or Lead Design Engineer looking to step up and move their career into an Engineering Management role. The role will require an energetic and enthusiastic technical leader who can guide a small multi-discipline team through complex engineering challenges whilst focusing on the design and construction aspects of several mining projects.What you'll need to succeed: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Extensive experience in an EPC/EPCM environment within the mining sector (gold mining project experience highly desirable) Proven track record of leading engineering teams, managing complex design projects with a good eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ONLY candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
