The Opportunity We are looking for a Lead Digital Product Manager to join Medibank. Embedded into the Corporate and Overseas (COS) Hub, you will lead a team of Product Managers and partner with design and engineering leads to define, prioritise, and manage the hub’s digital product roadmap. Your focus will be on creating exceptional digital experiences that align with Medibank's vision, and strategic and key objectives, driving both commercial success and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading all product performance reporting (commercial, customer, platform), drawing insights. You will use your previous Digital Product Management experience to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric product roadmap is aligned with key objectives, ensuring strong coordination and data-driven decision-making.Your impact: Understand and monitor key channel performance metrics, including commercial metrics, customer satisfaction and engagement metrics. Communicate channel/feature performance regularly including reporting on channel/feature performance vs corporate plan targets, OKRs & strategic objectives. Lead the product discovery activities in partnership with other PMs, design & engineering leads to ensure a cohesive solution is developed and that features are defined clearly for delivery teams. Regularly engage with customers and users, externally and internally, around your product/channel/features to ensure you and your team/s are connected with the needs of the customer. Proactively lead analysis and exploration activities with business and digital teams to develop customer empathy and insights that directly inform digital product planning. Lead, mentor and support Digital Product Managers within the team. Regularly prioritise your team/s product backlog each sprint in alignment with wider priority decisions, performance insights and customer/stakeholder feedback. Act as a partner to key stakeholders to directly support the digital engagement and enablement for their business areas. Cultivate a culture of trust, transparency and customer-centricity across your team/s and wider business, advocating for the customers at all times. About you? You will be an experienced Digital Product Manager with proven experience working in B2B/B2C/B2B2C environments.Utilising your technical background and creative thinking, you work well with the team and are known for your forward-thinking attitude, strategic mindset and ability to problem-solve.Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years working as a digital product manager. Demonstrated ability in digital product discovery and delivery with a knowledge of optimisation techniques. Demonstrated ability leading digital product strategy, including discovery and delivery within a cross-functional team. Exceptional people leadership, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated creative and analytical problem-solving skills, including fluency with qual/quant analysis.
