We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Business Services and Advisory team in Perth. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop a unique blend of taxation, management accounting, and professional services skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT or payroll tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts. Utilize expert knowledge of accounting software, including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Provide tax planning and business advisory services, analyzing financial and non-financial information to assist clients in monitoring performance. Develop strong relationships with clients, seeking to further these relationships through quality product delivery. Recognize potential additional work opportunities among current clients and actively promote the firm and its services. Involve in team training and mentoring, contributing to the growth of the team's knowledge and the business as a whole. Qualifications and Requirements 3+ years' experience within Business Services, with strong technical skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar, with working towards or completed CA/CPA qualifications. A solid understanding of accounting standards and reporting responsibilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Expertise using accounting software, including APS, MYOB, and cloud-based tools.
