Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Management Accountant to join our Finance team, working on a permanent full-time basis at Brightwater Central in Inglewood. In addition, you will actively engage with all managers and team leaders to drive financial performance by providing quality financial analysis and advice while analysing systems and automating processes. To be successful in this role you will have: CPA or CA or equivalent tertiary qualification. Significant and relevant work experience within an organisation in a similar role. Excellent computer skills including excellent working knowledge of PC-based accounting systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with minimum supervision, demonstrating initiative for priority setting, goal achievement, and time management. High level of analytical ability and proven technical skills. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that deliver effective leadership, build and develop teamwork, and establish successful working relationships with stakeholders. Well-developed financial modelling and decision support skills. Demonstrated well-developed use of decision support tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and financial report writers (Epicor, Prophix or others). Results-oriented individual who actively participates in continuous quality improvement and applies quality improvement principles to all duties performed. Aged Care, Health industry or service-oriented experience (desirable). Knowledge of the Epicor financial/accounting system (desirable). A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old. Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccination. Evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
