Help Shape Futures at C&K Mackay Family and Children Centre In this role you will be leading a proud team that develops, implements, and evaluates a range of culturally sensitive, child-centred, early childhood programs and services across our local community. Each day at the MCFC could see you: Lead, facilitate and support positive integration of services between the hub, childcare service, and the community. Oversee the delivery of programs and support services that promote positive and dynamic approaches to family support, early childhood education and care and child/family wellbeing. Support and develop a high performing team that works collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in their community to identify strengths, mitigate risk factors, increase capacity for resilience and promote positive family relationships. To thrive and succeed in this role you will have A qualification (Degree Level or higher) in Social/Behavioural Sciences or related discipline in addition to previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team in family support A Current open Drivers Licence A Current Paid Blue Card (or willing to obtain one) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain) This is an Identified Position , and you MUST identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent OR be able to provide a reference from a member of an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community that demonstrates cultural competence and ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
