Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Restructuring Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality restructuring services, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business results with strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive restructuring plans that meet client goals and objectives Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while ensuring effective time management Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences through excellent communication skills Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in restructuring, with a strong focus on leadership and team management, ideally within a senior role Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance-related fields, including CA qualification or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in financial management Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, leveraging interpersonal skills to achieve shared goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and business acumen through data-driven insights #J-18808-Ljbffr
