This role really is the glue in the program and is instrumental in delivering the Telstra Health mission through planning and execution throughout the product delivery lifecycle, including: Gathering and prioritising product features that align with the defined product vision and strategy Delivering fit-for-purpose products into the market that align with the needs of the market and create customer satisfaction and business value Working closely with key external and internal Product, Development, QA, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Support stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met Ability to function across multiple streams of work, document workflows and strong ability to document business requirements and technical requirements, particularly within a Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem. Undertake and lead key documentation of project artefacts including Minutes, Agendas, Business Cases, and Tenders (not limited to). Drive innovative thinking to truly enhance and excite our customers About the role: Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, organise and prioritise business requirements, with particular specialisation with Salesforce and Health Cloud ecosystems. Deliver current and transformational future state process model clarity and optimisation against demanding delivery, quality, cost and time requirements. Conduct the necessary testing and systems analysis. Work with the wider team to review pricing, partnership models and team structure to develop the business and win tenders. Deliver actionable insights to achieve targets in key market segments and drive outcomes aligned to business strategy. Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients/customers and clinical teams Analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs Ensure all relevant key stakeholders are informed of the progress of project implementation and manage client expectations Act in an advisory role and liaise between the clients/customers, Clinical Teams / Project Teams and Developers to facilitate an effective outcome Work with the program team to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project Drive out of the box thinking to ensure we are delivering the best outcomes and a seamless customer experience. About you: Tertiary qualifications in a business-related or technology discipline Salesforce Administrator Certification or similar mandatory Salesforce Health Cloud certification highly desired Highly regarded: Business Analyst certification Appropriate qualifications in Project Management Methodology (i.e. PMBOK, Prince 2) Appropriate qualifications in Agile Methodology Experience as a business analyst in a software development environment for min 5 years At least 2 years of Salesforce functional design experience Salesforce Health Cloud or health industry experience highly desired Previous experience in working with customers and prospects to document business requirements in a complex and fast-paced program Previous experience in an Agile software development environment Advanced Jira experience for requirements gathering and user story capture and management. Experience in User Experience Design, User-Centred Design and User Interface Design Experience in close collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
