For Senior Service Designers and Lead UX Designers to enhance user experience and build a capable team for Australian Public Service operations. A contract full-time position within a government-focused service design environment. Requires: Demonstrated experience in user research methodologies and service design principles. Salary guide: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour. Location: Canberra Area. Your normal day will involve: Building and mentoring a team of service designers. Developing prototypes and design documentation. Engaging with stakeholders to collect user feedback. Applying user-centered design methodologies to enhance Australian Passport Office services. Leading design workshops and facilitating co-creation sessions. This contract full-time role will see you dive deep into user-centric design and strategic service delivery, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Your knack for user research will be paramount as you guide your team to ensure the end-users' needs are prioritized in every project. You will need: Experience with design tools like Adobe, Axure, and Miro. Strong understanding of emerging technologies. Ability to mentor and develop team capability.
