What You Bring: Leadership Skills: You know how to run a crew and keep things moving. Eye for Quality: You take pride in the work you do. Good with People: You’re friendly, professional, and great at communicating with customers and team members. What You Need: SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation. Experience leading an installation team and running a safe site. Working from Heights Certificate. White Card. Current LVR and CPR training. Valid Australian Drivers License.
