Full-time Company Description Our Palm Beach Clinic is looking for a Lead Vet to join their existing team of Vets and Nurses in their purpose-built clinic on the beautiful Gold Coast. Working here you will enjoy the lifestyle that the Gold Coast is famous for. Not only is the clinic located within walking distance to the beach, but this role also offers a roster that will allow you to enjoy your days off and achieve work-life balance. You will join a team of three vets supported by five nurses. The team prides itself on celebrating each other's accomplishments, as well as sharing knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. The practice has all you will need - including ultrasound and dental radiology - to provide gold standard care to your patients. Job Description Our team is a hard-working group that follows an “all hands in” approach. We value initiative, learning, and accountability and are always looking to provide gold standards of patient care to our clients. We are equipped with ultrasound and digital x-ray facilities, IM3 dental machine, dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, two consultation rooms, and a sterile theatre. We have a long-standing and established client base who are loyal to our team and have built great trusting relationships over the years. About You You’re ready to lead a team of like-minded and passionate veterinary professionals. You’re searching for a depth of support in running a practice and, of course, continuing your education and development at the same time. You’re a veterinarian with at least 4 years of clinical experience and registration to work in Australia (or eligibility for vet registration in Australia). You have previous management experience or the desire to learn and grow into a leadership role with full support and mentoring.
