Our client, a reputable organization, is looking to upgrade their existing phone system to RingCentral, and they are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead this transition. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to understand the current phone system infrastructure. Plan and execute the migration of the existing phone system to RingCentral. Configure and optimize RingCentral settings to meet the organization's communication requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the VoIP system. Provide training and support to end-users during and after the migration process. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a smooth integration of RingCentral. Requirements: Proven experience as a VoIP Engineer with a focus on phone system upgrades. In-depth knowledge of RingCentral or similar cloud-based communication platforms. Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, and IP networking. Experience in configuring and managing PBX systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., RingCentral Certified Associate) will be a plus.
