Shape the future of leadership at Suncorp | Deliver impactful leadership programs and build capability As a Leadership Program Delivery Advisor , you’ll be a part of the Group Learning, Talent and Capability team that empowers our leaders through innovative leadership development programs. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders, you’ll manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that align with Suncorp’s leadership strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in leadership development and passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences. What You’ll Do Manage the design and delivery of engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles. Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with desired outcomes and Suncorp’s strategy; managing schedules, promotion, and reporting metrics. Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance engagement, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate on the development of Suncorp’s leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability. Provide trusted advice to build leadership capability in specific areas of Suncorp, in consultation with the Business Partnering team. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired). Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development. Expertise in adult learning principles, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration. Understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
