We are also looking for a dynamic, confident leader in the Early Childhood Industry to join our management team as a 2IC . Working collaboratively with the Service Manager to help the service, by creating quality relationships with children, parents and staff, and reaching the heights of success. Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Personal support when you need it What We’re Looking For: Service Manager: to lead our team, ensuring outstanding care and education while fostering a positive culture. Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills are essential. Assistance 2IC: to support and assist with team coordination. To succeed in these roles, you’ll need: Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one) First Aid Certification , including asthma and anaphylaxis training Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, including team management, operations, budgeting, and resource allocation Strong understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations Excellent communication skills to build relationships with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the wider community A collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships Experience in a leadership role such as Service Manager or Centre Director or 2IC Assistant Director.
