The Opportunity Are you ready to take the next step in your landscaping career? This 2IC role is your chance to shine and progress to Supervisor within 6-12 months! Work alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager on some of Perth’s most iconic projects. The Role Lead & Inspire – Manage a team of 5-10 staff and subcontractors Hands-On Landscaping – Bring projects to life with your expertise Plan & Execute – Read plans, delegate tasks, and keep projects on track Client & Team Liaison – Conduct toolbox talks, liaise with clients, and ensure top-notch quality Safety & Quality Control – Implement best practices and maintain high standards The Requirements Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture 2-3 years of experience as a qualified Landscape Tradesperson Ability to read plans and manage a small crew A valid Driver’s License How to Apply Ready for the next step?
