Ready Resources is on the lookout for a Team Leader to provide delivery of efficient and compliant on-site field services support to our client.This role is responsible for the provision of "Hands on" Leadership that enables the team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostic, maintenance, machine builds, and component replacements services to the Earthmoving division.Work Schedule: Start date: February 2025Roster: 2:2Days: 12.5 hours PaidWhat we are looking for: Proven experience in machine builds and overhaul is a must - especially on Liebherr machines Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role Minimum 10 years experience post trade in the mining field Trade qualified Possess great leadership qualities Required Qualifications: Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Trade Australian Driver's License Liebherr earthmoving equipment experience High Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWP Working at Heights certificate Australian working rights Strong understanding of adherence to mine site safety Tasks and duties: Repair, maintain and overhaul mechanical equipment using precision measuring equipment & refer to workshop manuals Inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established standards Assist in the provision of on-the-job training and maintain a safe and clean workplace Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manuals Perform diagnostic analysis and running adjustments on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Overhaul, repair, and test hydraulic and pneumatic components Work on machines or equipment which utilize complex mechanical, automotive, and/or pneumatic circuitry and controls or a combination thereof Repair manufactured parts to comply with the required task or standard Repair, maintain and overhaul Injector pumps and Injectors Perform technical inspections of mechanical equipment, classify equipment in accordance with instructions, and prepare written reports What we offer: Competitive and market-based pay rates!
