Based in UniSA Academic Services at the City West or City East Campus Part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed term contract until 17 December 2027 Commencement Salary: $100,080 (pro rata) per annum (plus 17% superannuation) About the Role Reporting to the Manager: Academic Learning Support, you will provide online and face-to-face learning assistance to UniSA’s online enabling program, UniStart. You will also work closely with academic staff for UniSA Online to deliver tailored learning support to meet the needs of student cohorts with particular needs. You have experience in supporting students in enabling programs and you are passionate about supporting a diverse student cohort. Essential Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in an education field and relevant student-centred learning program experience in a tertiary context, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training Demonstrated knowledge of the learning skills and approaches required of students, and proven experience in the design and delivery of learning support programs at a tertiary level Demonstrated experience in working across disciplines with tertiary students from diverse language and cultural backgrounds, and a commitment to assisting students with the development of a range of learning skills over the duration of their educational lifecycle Demonstrated capacity to contribute to the review and improvement of existing learning programs and materials, and to follow through on the development of improved/new programs or materials where appropriate Benefits Getting a great job working with the best is just the start.
