As the Content Manager for Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) for AU Delivery Services org, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining learning content across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic content planning with hands-on content development to support our learning initiatives across AU Delivery Services. You will work closely with Learning Coordinators, Operations teams, and WW stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent learning materials that drive operational excellence. Key job responsibilities Content Strategy & Development Design and implement content strategy aligned with learning objectives Create and maintain standardized templates and style guides Develop multi-modal learning content (written, video, interactive) Ensure content accessibility and compliance with standards Project Management Manage content development lifecycle from conception to deployment Establish and maintain content calendar and priorities Track content performance metrics Lead content review and approval processes Stakeholder Management Collaborate with SMEs to capture and translate technical knowledge Partner with Operations teams to ensure content relevancy Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders Facilitate content review sessions and feedback incorporation Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, or related field 5+ years experience in content management or instructional design Proven track record of managing complex content projects Strong proficiency in learning management systems Excellence in written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in related field Experience with multimedia content creation tools Knowledge of adult learning principles Experience in warehouse/logistics environment Project management certification Acknowledgement of Country In the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community.
