Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in managing communication and administration of training across the organisation. The role offered is on a permanent part-time basis with an option for additional days when required. Some key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Administration of data in the Learning Management System (LMS) General preparation and administration of face-to-face training Administration duties to support the Learning & Development Department Communication with staff about learning requirements and events What we require: Strong and efficient written communication skills Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information Good all-round office management and administration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment About Us: Montefiore is an award-winning, Sydney-based aged care provider, with a proud 130-year history as a non-profit organisation founded on Jewish values.
