The Learning Engagement Manager leads IT engagement initiatives across schools and BCEO, facilitating contemporary pedagogies and business practices to enhance the digital experience for staff, students, teachers, and parents. It involves overseeing Portfolio and Digital Support Services, Student Technology Services, and School Technology Services teams, managing tasks such as market research, ICT governance, customer support, advisory services, stakeholder management, training, solution design, and professional learning program development.
