What you need to know about this role The purpose of this role is to partner with clients to deliver an exceptional learning experience for participants. In this role, you are part of Thinka’s Program Learning Team and you will report to the Head of Program Learning. As a Facilitator and Coach: You will facilitate workshops and coaching sessions; following an agenda and using content that has been matched to the client’s needs. You will facilitate coaching sessions with participants - both one-on-one and in a group coaching setting. You will engage with the client in briefing and throughout the project lifecycle. You will dedicate time to prepare for a workshop or coaching session, with support from the program learning team when required. You will close the loop on the participant experience, highlighting continuous improvement and opportunities to enhance the learning experience through retrospective discussions and data-driven insights. You will assist the broader program learning team with the design and development of resources. You will use systems like SharePoint and monday.com to centrally store information that can add value for other facilitators and the program learning team. You will embed and execute relevant evaluation (return on learning investment) tools, paying particular attention to those that are facilitator-led. You will participate in regular meetings with Thinka to receive support and feedback. What success looks like An engaging and dynamic facilitation style that supports learning while challenging unhelpful mindsets. A comfortable presentation style in person, online and on video. An adaptable facilitation style for different audiences - executives, leaders and team members. A strengths-based coaching foundation would be desirable, but not mandatory.
