The Opportunity Reporting to the Supply Chain Capability Lead, the Learning Leader will play a key role in the learning and development activities at our facility in Swanbank. Supporting functions across the site, you will action our people development and compliance plans ensuring that they are successfully achieved, enabling our commitment to growth leadership value. What you’ll be doing: Complete an annual training needs analysis. Develop the site training plan and ensure its achievement. Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders and training providers to ensure training occurs as planned and meets Suntory standards. Facilitate the progression of team members throughout the “Levels” system. Deliver key training where required and coach others in effective delivery of training. Be present both in the manufacturing and logistics operational areas interacting with shop floor staff and completing key administration and planning tasks in the office. Experience that you will bring: Along with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, you will demonstrate the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Collaboration skills; able to build working partnerships across the site and externally. Strong Microsoft Office / Learning management application knowledge. Experience in FMCG manufacturing operations and supply chain activities (especially Packaging). Certificate IV in Training & Workplace Assessment or equivalent qualification (desirable). Experience in implementation of, or working with established, TWI ‘Job Instruction’ and ‘Job Relations’ programs (desirable).
