Job Description We are seeking aLearning Production Lead to spearhead the design and production of high-quality, engaging, and scalable learning journeys. About the Role: As the Learning Production Lead, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end development of innovative learning materials. Collaborating with content creators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, you will ensure every learning product meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and learner engagement. You’ll work with cutting-edge learning technologies and contribute to crafting the future of EdTech. What You’ll Do: Lead the production of dynamic learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, interactive tools, and multimedia resources. Oversee production workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with learner-centric goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies like AI, gamification, and data analytics into learning experiences. Apply quality assurance practices to ensure accessibility, inclusion, and impactful learning outcomes for diverse audiences. Continuously innovate by leveraging learner feedback, data insights, and industry trends to optimize production processes. Job Requirements Experience: 5-8 years in learning content production, instructional design, or EdTech environments, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Skills: Expertise in project management, content development, and multimedia production. Strong understanding of learner engagement principles and adult learning theories.
