BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of Forward Ability Support and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. The Opportunity This is a new opportunity to join an established People & Culture Team in driving training and development initiatives for Forward Ability Support and BrightSky Australia. You will play a critical role in enhancing the skills, knowledge and professional development of team members across all departments. You will focus on developing a comprehensive learning strategy, ensuring high-quality content and aligning training programs with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities include: Organise and facilitate induction programs for new team members Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and their alignment to business needs and individual development plans Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and deliver training Maintain the annual training calendar Coordinate performance reviews Report and monitor training compliance Skills and Experience required: Cert IV in Training and Assessment and/or a relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and implementing training and development programs Proven experience in creating and facilitating training Proven experience in assisting managers with team member reviews Excellent project management and organisational skills NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one Convenient Location: Office in Newington and Ferguson Lodge in Lidcombe with good public transport and parking options Employee Assistance Program: access professional counselling, health and safety resources for you and your immediate family Is this the opportunity you’ve been looking for?… APPLY NOW!
